REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Welcome to Dennis Olson. To ensure your peace of mind while shopping, we have established the following refund and return policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

Due to ongoing losses, we have decided to clear out our inventory at a loss. Currently, all our throw pillows are being sold at a clearance price. Although the items are sold at a discounted price, we will still provide return and refund services for eligible orders in accordance with this policy.

1. Return Period

Customers have a 30-day return guarantee from the date of receipt of the goods.

To request a return, please contact us to submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be processed.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure smooth return processing, returned goods must meet the following conditions:

The goods are in their original condition;

They have not been excessively used, washed, or damaged by human error;

The product packaging is intact;

Original tags, accessories, and gifts are included;

Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.

We reserve the right to inspect and review returned goods.

3. Circumstances Not Eligible for Return

The following situations generally do not support returns or refunds:

Damage caused by the customer’s personal reasons;

Returns exceeding the 30-day return period;

Embodiment visibly used, soiled, or damaged;

Missing important accessories or packaging;

Items not sold by our store.

4. Receiving the Wrong Item or Quality Issues

If you receive:

Wrong item;

Item damaged during transportation;

Item with obvious quality problems;

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item and provide relevant photos or descriptions. After verification, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund for you.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will begin processing the refund.

Refund Arrival Time

After approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the processing speed of the bank, credit card institution, or payment platform.

The refund amount usually includes the amount paid for the goods.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to product quality issues, incorrect item shipments, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by our store.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, not meeting expectations, etc.), the return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer.

Specific details will be confirmed based on the actual order.

7. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel it.

After successful cancellation, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be processed according to the normal return procedure.
